Ganga/Baby No. 3 Oil Expeller:

GENERAL : SPFs Oil Expellers (6 Bolt & 4 Bolt) have been introduced for small scale producers. These machines are simple in design, rigid in construction & accurate in fittings. Therefore they have won there name in the market for QUALITY, DURABILITY & EFFICIENCY FOR OIL EXTRACTION. These machines have been fitted with heavy G.M. Bushes and Ball, Thrust & Taper Roller Bearings of goods quality & standard sizes for their smooth & trouble free long service. These expellers are most suitable for crushing seeds like Mustard, Gingelly, Alsi, Tilli, Karidi, Copra, Linseed, Neemseed and Castor etc. Machines are Extra heavy duty with good quality Heat Treated Parts.

BABY No. 3 (6 Bolts) : Round Feeding Box is provided with long vertical shaft supported by upper bracket and is driven by Steel Bevel Gear set. Spur/ Helical steel gear/pinion is provided. Overall dimensions of chamber plates are much more than other makes and require no replacement at all. Boxpana for Chamber Bolt and Spanner for Main shaft are supplied with the machine. Expellers are oil immersed with bearing in bodies.

GANGA (4 Bolts) : This expeller has specially been introduced for small producers who cannot purchase six Bolts Expeller. Its design and performance is similar to six Bolt Oil Expeller.
